Low-fat cottage cheese
Soft breakfast cereals (soak in skim milk)

We do not consume meat and meat group foods these days.
We continue to avoid solid foods as we are still trying to reduce our stomach capacity.
Day 7 and 9:
Soft Foods
Soft breakfast cereals (soak in skim milk)
Soft vegetables (steam or boil until tender)
Soft cheeses (high fat content depending on the amount consumed)
Minced chicken or meat. Add a little broth to soften the meat.
Soups
Scrambled egg
Soft (steamed) fish. Chew well
Tuna or salmon (prefer the packaged ones rather than the light and canned ones)
Mashed fruits. Such as bananas, avocados.
Day 10 and beyond:
Healthy Foods
Continue to eat these foods in small, healthy portions. One meal should not be bigger than your fist.
Nutrition after bariatric surgery is primarily focused on protein and vegetables. But always stay in touch with your dietitian.
Adjust your fluid consumption to 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after meals. Chew your food thoroughly.
Fruits consumed in normal quantities are not a problem for us. However, always remember that your priority is protein. Avoid carbohydrates that are high in sugar and low in nutrients (vitamins and minerals) (such as pasta).
Knowing the amount of food you consume daily will keep you in control.
